Kimchi Jjigae (Kimchi Stew)

Ingredients
- Aged Kimchi300 g
- Pork Belly150 g
- Tofu1/2 Block
- Gochugaru (Chili Flakes)1 EL
- Green Onion2 Stück
- Minced Garlic1 EL
- Water400 ml

Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Roughly chop the kimchi.

Sauté pork belly in a pot over medium heat until slightly browned.

Add kimchi and garlic, stir-fry together for 3 minutes.

Add water and gochugaru. Bring to boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.

Slice tofu and gently add to the pot. Cook for 5 more minutes.

Garnish with green onions and serve hot with rice!
