You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. For contracts involving multiple goods ordered in a single order but delivered separately, the period begins on the day you took possession of the last item.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory. Please direct your withdrawal to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. Please send the goods to:

Loss of Value

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 2 BGB). The right of withdrawal is also excluded for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to food and hygiene products.
